Dry Needling

Dry needling is a physical therapy treatment that uses a fine filament needle, directly inserted into the muscle, to treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are specially trained in dry needling.

How does it work?

The needle creates a micro lesion in the tissue as it is inserted. This lesion causes a cellular response, which reduces muscle tension, normalizes inflammatory responses, and decreases pain.
