Where can I locate my invoice number on my paper invoice?
If you have received a mailed invoice the invoice number will be located in the upper right hand corner of the page as shown in the example below. This will be entered in the Invoice portion, just below that is the balance owed. This will be entered in to the Total Amount Due section.
Locate my invoice number on my emailed invoice?
1.) If you have received a emailed invoice open the email, click on the secure link to open the web portal with your document.
2.) With the webpage open click the download link to download a digital version of your invoice.
3.) Invoice number will be located in the upper right hand corner of the page as shown in the example below. This will be entered in the Invoice portion, just below that is the balance owed. This will be entered in to the Total Amount Due section.
