Manual Therapy
Oftentimes, injuries can require hands-on care in order to fully heal. Following a thorough examination, our therapists can help decide which techniques are right for you. Our therapists are trained in the following techniques, which can be used along with an exercise program, to assist with healing and reducing pain.
Types and Benefits of Manual Therapy
Customized to you
Manual physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine. In manual therapy, our therapists use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and mobilize joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasms, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.
